Navigate with Purpose Coaching offers transformational life and health coaching services, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching sessions, the Navigate Your Next Chapter™ program, discovery calls, and guided coaching packages.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support personal growth, clarity, and intentional action. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial guidance. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please seek appropriate professional help immediately.

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions. Results from coaching vary and are not guaranteed.

Discovery calls are complimentary 30-minute conversations offered to explore whether coaching is a good fit for you. They are not coaching sessions and do not create a coaching agreement or client relationship. No advice, treatment, or coaching is provided during a discovery call.

Discovery calls may be scheduled through the booking tool on this website. By booking a discovery call, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to attend the call at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

As a client or prospective client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when completing forms, booking sessions, or communicating with me
• Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes throughout the coaching process
• Engage in the coaching process with openness, honesty, and a genuine commitment to your own growth
• Notify me promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, in accordance with any cancellation policy communicated to you at the time of booking
• Seek appropriate professional help (medical, mental health, legal, financial) for matters outside the scope of coaching

Fees for coaching services are outlined at the time of enrollment or agreement. Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be communicated prior to the start of any paid engagement.

Refund policy: Due to the nature of coaching services and the time and preparation involved, all payments are generally non-refundable once a coaching package or program has commenced. If you have concerns about a payment or service, please contact me directly and I will do my best to address the situation fairly.

Discovery calls are complimentary and involve no payment.

I take confidentiality seriously. Information you share during coaching sessions or through this website will be kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or in situations where there is a risk of harm to you or others.

Testimonials shared on this website are used with the client's knowledge and permission. Names may be abbreviated or altered to protect privacy.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, program names (including Navigate Your Next Chapter™), and other materials, is the intellectual property of Greta North / Navigate with Purpose Coaching and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
